This message showed when we attempted to install Acrobat Pro DC for teams.
so I saved the installation file to the desktop and right clicked it to run as administrator. But got the same message.
Any suggestions ? ? ?

What could be the cause of this error?
Hi David,
We deploy CC apps using the Creative Cloud Packager and a serialization payload. We don't include the desktop app on our staff or student computers. How would we resolve this error in that case, please?
Thanks.
Adam
Hi,
I've got an internal AUSST server that pulls updates directly from Adobe and I want my endpoint clients to pull the updates from the internal server using the overrides file created in the Creative Cloud Packager tool. However, I can't seem to get the endpoints to pull from the server, and they can't access Adobe themselves so we're currently unable to use Creative Cloud in our environment.
I opened a support call with Adobe, but they closed the call saying I'd not responded within 24 hours, despite me having responded within three hours and sending the files they requested via email.
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks.
Tom
I am a new user on a Creative Cloud for teams license. I successfully installed the Adobe CC app on my PC (running Windows 10), but nothing happens when I click the "Install Adobe Apps" button. The assets tab tells me there is an update available (even though I only just downloaded CC), but when I allow the update I'm stuck on "Updating Creative Cloud, Please wait...".
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my PC multiple times, and restarted the app plenty of times. The DLM log looks like this every time I initiate an update:

Are there any further steps I can take?
HI All
I use a PC with a corporate/business licence for CC, however my CC account on the PC is my own (unique to this PC, I dont use it on other PCs)
I have never had a problem updated CC versions, however after installed Illustrator 2019, the 2018 version is no longer on my PC and all I have access to the 7-day trial version of 2019, of which I havent activated yet. Photoshop also updated however it has left the 2018 version on the PC so I can still use that app.
I looked through the forum and found this page: Adobe 2019 CC license problem - I am in the same situation as this guy. However the "correct answer" provided isnt really an answer at all (its rather condescending) It says to revert back to 2018 using the CC tool, but there is no option in my CC Desktop app to restore a previous version of 2018 (under the drop down arrow for Illustrator, with Manage the only option I get is to uninstall)
This advise explicitly given here: The older versions are available via the CC Desktop App (choose 'other versions' in the drop down menu beside the application name) - is incorrect as there are no "option versions" options in my Desktop App where I can roll back to 2018
My rather long winded question is - how can I revert back to 2018 (and continue working) without contacting my departments software unit and spending weeks trying to figure this out?
Cheers
This is a new install on one of 90 lab computers with identical images and preps for install. All 89 of the other computers successfully installed.

We are setting up our Adobe Update Server in a Windows Server 2003 R2 32 bit environment. I’ve followed the Adobe tech notes on setting up the server with IIS 6. I’ve modified the settings in IIS, including adding the .xml definitions to the asp.net web.config file located in C:\windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\CONFIG.
The issue we are having is this: I am attempting to verify the updaterfeed.xml file as per the documentation, but it is not displaying. I have enabled directory browsing, which allows me to click through every folder until I get up to the following path:
http://ourserver/updates/Adobe/CS/webfeed/oobe/aam10/win/updaterfeed.xml
None of the xml files are displaying. I’ve verified the MIME type for XML as:
text/xml
These are the lines I’ve added to the asp.net web config:
<add path="*.zip" verb="*" type="System.Web.StaticFileHandler" />
<add path="*.xml" verb="*" type="System.Web.StaticFileHandler" />
<add path="*.dmg" verb="*" type="System.Web.StaticFileHandler" />
<add path="*.crl" verb="*" type="System.Web.StaticFileHandler" />
<add path="*.sig" verb="*" type="System.Web.StaticFileHandler" />
Also, according to the Adobe tech note for setting up AUSST states the following:
As a simple test to check that the web server is running correctly, check that the updaterfeed.xml files on
the update server can be accessed from browsers on the client machines. Essentially, you need to ensure
that the web server is working, independent of the Adobe Update Server Setup Tool.
Can you tell me what I may be missing, or point me in the right direction? There are no ASP.net errors in the event viewer.

What could be the cause of this error?
Hi All,
I am having trouble installling Update Server. Just quick recap of what I’ve done so far. I’m using Windows 2016 server with latest IIS installed. I have added ISAPI extensions and filters, added Handler Mappings for xml, crl, dmg, sig, jsom and arm extesions then added path for them to web.config file. Also added wildcard “.” to MIME Type. Created a “CCUpdate” folder in my Internet Server “root” folder. Then run AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool.exe –root=”C:/inetpub/wwwroot/CCUpdate” –fresh. It takes a very long time but it only gets to 240 out of 611 then stops with “Server not responding” error, error in 3 items. If I run it again with incremental option, it does one extra 241 out of 611 and stops. I tried many times during daytime and late in the evening but it just gets one more further and stops, my CCUpdate folder is about 148Gb but I cannot download it fully. So, I've tested that I can access some .xml files in CCUpdate folder via website, it works fine.
I tried to run AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool.exe just on Windows 10 computer as a test and it fails at the same point (240 out of 611).
Then back on Windows Server, I’ve created an “overrides” file by running AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool.exe—genclientconf==”C:/inetpub/wwwroot/CCUpdate/config/AdobeUpd ateClient” –root=”C:/inetpub/wwwroot/CCUpdate/” –url=http://webserverIP. It has generated AdobeUpdater.overrides file. I’ve opened the file and it all looks fine and all links are correct. Then I’ve copied that file to the client PC (Windows 10 64bit) to the following folders:
C:\ProgramData\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0\
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\UpdaterResources
Then if I open Adobe Creative Cloud app on client PC and click “Check for App Updates” I get Download Error (404).
So, I think there are two different problem. I would really appreciate if you can shed some light on where am I going wrong. Thank you.
I have downloaded the creative cloud packager from the volume licensing website and gotten it installed. After installation the packager runs and i am asked to login with my adobe ID. I login using the same ID i used to download the packager that has access to all the licensing information for our organization. I selected the enterprise/government login option. Once i login, the cloud packager just sits at a blank white screen. I left it up for hours the other day. Any help would be appreciated.
I am testing out Remote Update manager, in our company. As we've for some reason been using SCCM to deploy Adobe Applications, to limited success.
Now i've created a package via the Admin Console.
With all the options ticked. As shown below.
Now its installed, and i've signed in.
However when ever I try to use RUM to update the application, it gives the following error.
Also the following error.
When I try use the product version command i get the following.
Now i am running CMD as Admin.
I don't know what is causing this error.
IF i need to provide logs, i will be happy to provide them.
Any help would be awesome.
I am looking for options around deploying CC on a terminal server or citrix environment.
Essentially I would like to have 20 licenses for 25 users but obviously have it set up so only 20 can access it at any one time. I doubt this is possible any more so 25 licenses for 25 users will be fine. I just need to know if it is possible?
I would also be open to the remote app option.
Thanks

Hi,
So our current account owner has left the company, he still is the owner of the account and all the assets.
I am the new In-house designer, so obviously need full ownership. What is the best solution to this.
Thanks,
Brendan
Actually we are running CC 2018 on a Windows Terminal Server 2012R2 that seems not to be supported by CC 2019 anymore - CC installer rejects to update.
Will it be possible to use CC 2019 versions if we decided to upgrade one of our Terminal Servers to Windows Server 2019?
No, we don't use Windows Desktop PCs anymore..
Thank you in advance!

I allowed my Creative Cloud Adobe products to update this morning at work, and I am now unable to open any of my Adobe software as it fails to verify subscription status.
We have tested verification on both the work network, as well as on a hotspot network, which appears to confirm that the issue is not on our end.
Upon opening any adobe products I now receive this popup:
When I try again, I receive this:
My hopes are that this is due to a maintenance event, but that says that connections may be slow and does not mention activation issues.
I would like to find that this problem fixes itself soon, but if you have information that could help I'd appreciate it.
Thank you.
I have some dumb questions regarding updating the Creative Cloud Desktop for our organization... I can't seem to find an answer anywhere.
I saw on the Adobe Security Bulletin page that there is a new Creative Cloud Desktop App out (4.8.0.410). Normally, I download apps create a script, then distribute to my users using SCCM.
1. When I click on the download center, it brings me to the page to download the version that need Internet access to install. This won't work as I need an offline version to install. I found this page to download the offline install but it is a version behind at 4.8.0.400. Is there a link to download the offline version of 4.8.0.410 somewhere?
2. Even with the offline version, I can't seem to get this to install/update silently through command line. Tried --silent, /s, -s ... nothing works. It pops up with a screen for users to enter in their credentials (we are federated with Adobe). I need this to be all behind the scenes as I'll be scripting this and sending it through SCCM. We initially got Creative cloud Desktop when we created a Creative Cloud repackager with Adobe Acrobat. Do I have to redo the repackager to get this exe to work silently? This is all very confusing.
Can anyone help?
