Hello!
Have a 25 device licenses Creative Cloud for Education, and some devices (not all) has a trouble during installation СС.

Fatal error is "The HDPIM Setup Process return code is (190).Stopping the installation process. Product Media (PHSP, 19.1) installation failed ..."

Create an installation package with Photoshop only for testing. Version Photoshop 2015 installing without errors, but latest (2017, CC) versions have the error 190. Demo version of Photoshop do not have this problem, but I cant activate it, because device license don't have an activation key.
System is :

Running AdobeSerialization on KBOX/KACE K1000?

We need to remotely run the serization tool we created with AAMEE 3.0 as either a managed install or a script on though our K1000. I've basically tried to zip up the tool, the prov.xml file and various shell scripts and .command files to try to get it to run. Using a KACE script, I haven't gotten much farther than transferring the zip file to the dependency directory. Has anybody managed to do this?

 

We don't have ARD or any Mac management tools here beyond the KBOX and have a huge, multi-campus VLAN.

 

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Hi all,

 

Just wondered if you can help.

 

At my work place we have a campus license for Adobe CC, the problem is that we are on a mac editshare solution and in the current setup we cant cross networks.

 

So the macs are permanently connected to the edit share server and not the internet.

 

This then causes issues with adobe every now and again because it cant connect to the adobe network to keep the license activated.

 

Is there anything that can be done to fix this?

Actually we are running CC 2018 on a Windows Terminal Server 2012R2 that seems not to be supported by CC 2019 anymore - CC installer rejects to update.

Will it be possible to use CC 2019 versions if we decided to upgrade one of our Terminal Servers to Windows Server 2019?

No, we don't use Windows Desktop PCs anymore..

Offline Installer for upgrade version

At my work I have about 30 Mac computers, all iMacs has adobe creative cloud 2017 installed, for security reasons the computers does not have internet access, just when Adobe license is required.

 

I would like upgrade Adobe Media Premiere to 2018, but first I need to connect all computers to Internet. Do you know If I could to install using a offline installer? I just use Premiere, Encoder and After.

Updating Creative Cloud Desktop App [Enterprise]

I have some dumb questions regarding updating the Creative Cloud Desktop for our organization... I can't seem to find an answer anywhere.

I saw on the Adobe Security Bulletin page that there is a new Creative Cloud Desktop App out (4.8.0.410).  Normally, I download apps create a script, then distribute to my users using SCCM.

 

1. When I click on the download center, it brings me to the page to download the version that need Internet access to install.  This won't work as I need an offline version to install.  I found this page to download the offline install but it is a version behind at 4.8.0.400.  Is there a link to download the offline version of 4.8.0.410 somewhere?

 

2. Even with the offline version, I can't seem to get this to install/update silently through command line.  Tried --silent, /s, -s ... nothing works.  It pops up with a screen for users to enter in their credentials (we are federated with Adobe).  I need this to be all behind the scenes as I'll be scripting this and sending it through SCCM.  We initially got Creative cloud Desktop when we created a Creative Cloud repackager with Adobe Acrobat.  Do I have to redo the repackager to get this exe to work silently?  This is all very confusing.

How to update just the Creative Cloud Desktop App for Deployment

Bear with me as I'm fairly new to the Adobe Creative Cloud world.

Device licenses incompatible with new versions?

We have 500 device licenses for our school district.  I see Adobe released a new version of their software.  I also see here: Packaging apps via the Admin Console  that I cannot create a device license in the admin console.

 

Is this something that is going to be fixed, and if so will it be fixed quickly?  We have to pay an annual subscription for Adobe CC, as it is the only license one can now get.  The promise when going to a subscription model was rolling updates.  Without a fix to the device license model, there will be no more updates for us, which will leave us on the last (and buggy) 2018 release.

 

We cannot do named user for obvious reasons.  One being it would be exceptionally expensive and difficult to manage, the other is, being a school, we have users that would difficult to create individual licenses for under Adobe's own ToS.

Unable to activate freshly installed Adobe products.

I allowed my Creative Cloud Adobe products to update this morning at work, and I am now unable to open any of my Adobe software as it fails to verify subscription status.

We have tested verification on both the work network, as well as on a hotspot network, which appears to confirm that the issue is not on our end.

 

Upon opening any adobe products I now receive this popup:

When I try again, I receive this:

My hopes are that this is due to a maintenance event, but that says that connections may be slow and does not mention activation issues.

I would like to find that this problem fixes itself soon, but if you have information that could help I'd appreciate it.

Hi, this discussion to find a solution for this problem. I have a Creative Cloud Team License installed on 2 iMac with OSX Mojave. I'm the administrator but, on one Mac everything runs good, but on the other iMac, I can't update all the apps (Lr, Premiere Pro, Indd, PS, Media Encoder), because this message appears on the screen. Windows 10 Adobe Creative Cloud Anmeldeproblem

Hallo beisammen,

 

wir stellen gerade alle PCs auf Windows 10 um, dabei haben wir das Problem, dass sich die Benutzer nicht mehr an der Adobe Creative Cloud (somit auch an Abrobat DC, Indesign, ...) anmelden können. Mit Windows 7 hat es noch alles reibungslos geklappt.

 

Die Benutzer gehen über WPAD-Proxy mit Anmeldung ins Internet. Dies scheint der Creativ Cloud Client nicht nutzen zu wollen, da die Requests immer ohne Anmeldung an der Firewall ankommen. Aus diesem Grund haben wir die angeforderten Seiten für alle ohne Proxy freigegeben.

 

Wenn die Creative Cloud beim Benutzer installiert wird, erscheint die Eingabeaufforderung der Admin-Kennung. Der Benutzer meldet sich erfolgreich an und man kann die Creative Cloud installieren. Nachdem die Installation fertig ist, fliegt der Benutzer raus und er wird wieder aufgefordert sich anzumelden. Dann sieht der Benutzer nur noch folgende Inhalte und es kommt nicht mehr zur Anmeldung:

Meldet man sich allerdings als Admin am gleichen PC an, so ist eine Anmeldung sofort möglich. Ein Firewall- bzw. Proxy-Problem scheint es nicht zu sein, da die Anfragen direkt an der Firewall ohne Proxy ankommen und diese ja erlaubt sind.

 

Aktuell sieht es für mich aus als wäre es ein Berechtigungsproblem, da es als Admin funktioniert.

 

Ich habe bereits viele Stunden versucht das Problem zu lösen. Weder die Adobe-Hilfeseiten, das Forum noch die zwei Anrufe beim Adobe-Support selbst haben zur Lösung des Problems beigetragen.

 

Hat jemand schon das gleiche Problem gelöst und kann uns jetzt ein Tipp geben!?!?

Can I deploy creative cloud on a terminal server?

I am looking for options around deploying CC on a terminal server or citrix environment.

 

Essentially I would like to have 20 licenses for 25 users but obviously have it set up so only 20 can access it at any one time. I doubt this is possible any more so 25 licenses for 25 users will be fine. I just need to know if it is possible?

 

I would also be open to the remote app option.

Acrobat pro deployement

Hi,

 

I created and downloaded an install of Acrobat Pro DC with Creative Coul Packager.
When I try to install the package, several progress bars appears and at the end, no Acrobat Pro seems to be installed on the computer.

Hello there, I am packaging up the Current Adobe Creative Cloud App Version 4.7.0.400 and I need the Silent Install Switch.

I have tried the following Set-up.exe --silent and it keeps popping up the Adobe Sign In Windows. So please share with me what is the silent switch to install this application silently?

 

Also I have a side question, if the Adobe Creative Cloud application is installed on users system who has No Admin Rights, will they be able to log into the application and download/install for example Acrobat without Admin Rights?
