When I install the latest CCP and start it up I get an issue after logging in where it times out on the loading page where it says "Initializing Creative Cloud Packager. This may take a few seconds." the times out to "Oops something went wrong, please try again"
I can see it has partially logged me in because my user name is in the top right corner under the shaded splash screen but it will not get past this and will not let me go any further.
We are using a proxy pac file for our network and I have had our networks team to see if anything is being blocked and it looks like it it trying to access an Amazon server of some sort? All of the usual adobe links have been white-listed but not these 3 attempts to the so called Amazon servers which it doesn't look like they want to go through the proxy and looks like they want to access it directly.

We cannot allow this to directly access out of the network due to security reasons and will not.
I cannot find anywhere to config to make it go through the proxy.
I have tried all of the usual stuff even closely related to this like renaming the OOBE folder and making sure I have the latest version, I have tried it on multiple machines but it still will not work.
I put one of the machines directly on an open ADSL line and opened CCP and it worked fine then I disconnected the ethernet cable then connected it back to our network and then I can use the CCP fine and download what I want but if I close the program whilst on the network and reopen it I get exactly the same problem.
I don't know why it is trying to connect to the above IP addresses..
HELP we have 16 users who we need to package up the latest versions.

Uninstallation of Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop is not happening silently. I am not able to find any silent parameters which can be given to the below executable:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\Utils\Creative Cloud Uninstaller.exe"
Can you please let me know if there are any silent parameters to be given to uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application?

I am looking for options around deploying CC on a terminal server or citrix environment.
Essentially I would like to have 20 licenses for 25 users but obviously have it set up so only 20 can access it at any one time. I doubt this is possible any more so 25 licenses for 25 users will be fine. I just need to know if it is possible?
I would also be open to the remote app option.

I am managing a classroom where I need to have our 10 Adobe Master Collection CS6 education licenses. The package is installled and registered but after a few days/weeks it asks for registration again and goes into the 30 days trial mode.
How can I stop this from happening?

I want to install Premiere Pro on a freshly installed Computer. The OS of said computer is Windows 10 Pro Version 1803.
I tried uninstalling every Adobe Product und running the cleaner tool without sucess.
In the PDapp.log I find the find the entry "The Bootstrapper Process retunr code is (4). Stopping the installation process. Sadly I couldn´t find any explanation to what the line means while googling.

I have a VIP number to order my software. The licency has already been paid. How can I download and install software?
I need to create an enterprise ID for our school. I've been on the phone, been given different phone numbers that don't work, tried the online support chat, which told me to get in touch with the numbers I have already called. It's almost like adobe are trying to hide the information on how to get one created.

What could be the cause of this error?

I currently am having issue downloading and installing adobe creative cloud using my company's enterprise login.
Everytime I try to login on Adobe.com using my enterprise ID (which is different than my personal one posting here), the website keeps telling me the following error:

In order to sign in using, please clear your cookies and restart your browser.

I've tried clearing cookies and restarting browser, but still getting the same error message.
I am looking for options around deploying CC on a terminal server or citrix environment.
Essentially I would like to have 20 licenses for 25 users but obviously have it set up so only 20 can access it at any one time. I doubt this is possible any more so 25 licenses for 25 users will be fine. I just need to know if it is possible?
I would also be open to the remote app option.

Can anyone provide a fix to install a patch in Adobe Audition V300 .
The operating system is windows 10 32 bit
The RAM is 4 GB . processor is Intel(R)core (TM)2 Duo CPU E4600@2.40GHz
Error message is
The error message is EX301the audition3.0.1 patch was unable to update your version of audition 3.0 .Please reinstall 3.0 with your adobe issues serial number and try again .If this does not resolve the problem,please contact Adobe technical support !

Just wondered if you can help.
At my work place we have a campus license for Adobe CC, the problem is that we are on a mac editshare solution and in the current setup we cant cross networks.
So the macs are permanently connected to the edit share server and not the internet.
This then causes issues with adobe every now and again because it cant connect to the adobe network to keep the license activated.
Is there anything that can be done to fix this?

I am managing a classroom where I need to have our 10 Adobe Master Collection CS6 education licenses. The package is installled and registered but after a few days/weeks it asks for registration again and goes into the 30 days trial mode.
How can I stop this from happening?

I've used the Creative Cloud Packager to customize a deployment of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC with Creative Cloud. I then used the Acrobat Customization Wizard DC do some further changes. Nothing terribly major, disabled EULA, forced default, remove old version (which didn't work from all things I can tell),
This occurs for a default and my customized package.
After installation Acrobat DC prompts for login with the account that was used to create the package.
Is there a way to clear the user ID so that it prompts a user to login with their credentials instead of having it pre-filled. Similar to when you build a Windows system image and do sysprep to generalize before capturing.
We have 500 device licenses for our school district. I see Adobe released a new version of their software. I also see here: Packaging apps via the Admin Console that I cannot create a device license in the admin console.
Is this something that is going to be fixed, and if so will it be fixed quickly? We have to pay an annual subscription for Adobe CC, as it is the only license one can now get. The promise when going to a subscription model was rolling updates. Without a fix to the device license model, there will be no more updates for us, which will leave us on the last (and buggy) 2018 release.
We cannot do named user for obvious reasons. One being it would be exceptionally expensive and difficult to manage, the other is, being a school, we have users that would difficult to create individual licenses for under Adobe's own ToS.

My company has multiple users on our Adobe sign accounts. With moves going on in our offices we have made adjustments on who needs to have what license and access. We have successfully deactivated a user for adobe sign, but now we would like to re-use that license or membership for someone else. When we attempt to do that, it gives the new email a unique email address and does not issue a notification to the new user. Can we re-use the adobe sign subscription/membership that we deactivated? If so, how can we sign that new person up? Do you all have instructions on this? I have tried to call the 1800-number and I was on hold for over an hour.
Just looking for assistance.
