ich hoffe das es das richtige Forum ist - ich habe ein Updateproblem in der Cloud.
Indesign (V14) ist bei einem User installiert, bei dem anderen wird aber auch
bei expilziter Suche in der Could nur die Version 13.1 angezeigt.
Beide haben Windows 10 und Rechner in aktueller Workstationklasse, also auch kein
Problem mit Hardware-Ressourcen.
Ist diese Update-Problematik jemand bekannt ?

I have some dumb questions regarding updating the Creative Cloud Desktop for our organization... I can't seem to find an answer anywhere.
I saw on the Adobe Security Bulletin page that there is a new Creative Cloud Desktop App out (4.8.0.410). Normally, I download apps create a script, then distribute to my users using SCCM.
1. When I click on the download center, it brings me to the page to download the version that need Internet access to install. This won't work as I need an offline version to install. I found this page to download the offline install but it is a version behind at 4.8.0.400. Is there a link to download the offline version of 4.8.0.410 somewhere?
2. Even with the offline version, I can't seem to get this to install/update silently through command line. Tried --silent, /s, -s ... nothing works. It pops up with a screen for users to enter in their credentials (we are federated with Adobe). I need this to be all behind the scenes as I'll be scripting this and sending it through SCCM. We initially got Creative cloud Desktop when we created a Creative Cloud repackager with Adobe Acrobat. Do I have to redo the repackager to get this exe to work silently? This is all very confusing.

I installed CCP 1.9.3 on my iMac last year. I need to create new packages, but I can not find where the app installed. Can someone provide the location? I have OS X 10.11.5. Thanks!
Just built and downloaded the latest version of XD and deployed (we had no choice as the previous version had expired). THe previous version worked as expected with our setup -- we have the enterprise/educational serial number based deployment. The newly built version does not launch directly, but instead requires an Adobe ID based login that's authorized for XD to work.
Is this a known issue? This is causing us problems and we need an immediate solution.

I have a customer who previously had Creative Cloud All App under VIP. The user who had this licence has since retired, and the licence has not been renewed since 3rd March 2018.
The user had Creative Cloud installed on their home laptop as well as on their work laptop. The user is trying to uninstall Creative Cloud on the home laptop, but it's not working. Uninstall is not an option in Control Panel, and they can't log onto Creative Cloud as they no longer have an active licence and the username and password aren't working. The clean-up tool downloaded from Adobe doesn't work either as it's not able to complete the clean-up, saying that the program is running even when it's not. The user is not able to remove individual apps either.
How can the user remove all individual apps and the entire CC suite from this laptop?

This message showed when we attempted to install Acrobat Pro DC for teams.
so I saved the installation file to the desktop and right clicked it to run as administrator. But got the same message.

I am not able to even install creative cloud installer, which means i cant the rest of my apps.
The UninstallString in the registry for CC products is as follows

When I run this in CMD, it open Creative Cloud application and asks the user if they want to keep the preference or remove the preference before uninstalling it.
How can I suppress this prompt and make the uninstaller competently silent. I don't care if preferences are kept or removed, but I don't want any prompt for the user.
I am moving my CS6 to a new Imac (High Sierra) but the download stops whit out finishing ! I have tried many times...
I deleted my CS6 on the old Mac so right now I have a problem working

Everytime I try to login on Adobe.com using my enterprise ID (which is different than my personal one posting here), the website keeps telling me the following error:

Actually we are running CC 2018 on a Windows Terminal Server 2012R2 that seems not to be supported by CC 2019 anymore - CC installer rejects to update.
Will it be possible to use CC 2019 versions if we decided to upgrade one of our Terminal Servers to Windows Server 2019?
No, we don't use Windows Desktop PCs anymore..

we installed CC 2017 with Acrobat on Mac OSX 10.12.6 (Sierra) and are unable to disable automatic updates within the applications preferences. We need to disable it, because this workstation is running in an Internet restricted department and if Acrobat is searching for updates on each launch, the application is inaccessible, until the Updater is running in it's timeout. The procedure to disable automatic updates was a working fix for the last versions of Acrobat.
This setting is in the application preferences dialog and there is a checkbox to disable automatic updates when unchecked. But the checkbox will activate itself instantly without any possibility for us to keep it in an unchecked state. We will be asked for administrator credentials for installing a mystery helper program, but after entering the credentials the dialog disappears and the checkbox is activated again.
Can anyone give us a hint how we can setup Acrobat CC either to disable automatic updates or to get it running without issues in an Internet restricted department?

Latest updates are not showing up on my Creative cloud app so I would like to know if my computer specs are preventing the update.

Premiere Pro 12.0 is working fine as well as After Effects but I would like to update to the latest versions. I know a machine update will be needed but I would like to extend the life of a capable machine. It would be great if someone from Adobe could confirm that my machine is updatable.

I need to remove the two "Premiere Pro CC" and one "Photoshop CC" licenses that are currently unassigned on our account. Have tried calling support and spent forever on hold and no one picked up. I now have a chat window open and have been waiting for nearly an hour for someone to answer.

Uninstallation of Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop is not happening silently. I am not able to find any silent parameters which can be given to the below executable:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\Utils\Creative Cloud Uninstaller.exe"
Can you please let me know if there are any silent parameters to be given to uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application?
