When I try and install local versions of CC products that have been supplied to me under license by the company I work for, I am getting an error:
An error occured while running the installationCheck tool for "indesign_install"
Screenshot is below. It is a brand new macbook also (screenshot below), so I'm not sure why this is happening. Any help to have the install work, or as to why this is occurring would be appreciated.

I recently had to go through my jobs Mac room and clean out all the adobe products and reinstall with the current iteration. Most of the computers had at least 4 different years of each product loaded and it was interfering with installation and updates. I am not well versed in Macs, I'm more of a Windows guy, so I figured out how to build the package and installed it successfully on my first 19 machines, on my last Mac to install the products, the same package I've used keeps failing at the "Running package scripts..." part of the installation. Me and our other IT guy have tried putting together a couple of fresh builds from Adobes website but they all keep failing, we even wiped the Mac and reloaded the OS to see if a fresh install helped but it is still failing. This is very frustrating especially because the first 19 were student computers and this trouble computer is the teachers machine. Can anyone help me out here?

I have a corporate licence for After Effect CC 2015 and Premiere CC 2015, but for some reason Media Encoder CC 2015 did not come automatically when installing it. Is there by any chance possible to get hold of the Media Encoder CC 2015 as I have the license for both After Effect CC 2015 and Premiere CC 2015?

When I try to install, I get the error message "the installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance".
So does Adobe provide this assistance?
We built silent installers for our CS6 programs, deployed the software, but when admins try to log in and install updates manually, they get a message saying
Update Failed
Updates could not be applied
Please contact your Administrator if you wish to apply updates on your machine. Updates have been suppressed by the Administrator.
When we built the silent installers with the Adobe Application Manager Enterprise Edition, we picked an option for updates, but obviously we picked the wrong one, as we just didn't want it prompting non-admin users about installing updates, not preventing admins from installing them.
Is there a way to change this on the local machines?
I want it that doesn't expires for 30 days.
For the last week I keep getting prompted to update Creative Cloud and Muse. However when I try to update it I get the message "Creative Cloud desktop failed to update(Error code: 1001)Get help"
This is the second time I have been unable to download a new update for the CC programs. I have still not been able to download Bridge 2015 after being on the customer service chat for over 2 hours and attempting a second day and uninstalling all my older versions of Bridge. Now Indesign 2017 and Bridge 2017 won't download either. And the option of " retry " doesn't work. That is not helpful as a fix for the error Adobe, that should not be a "solution" to fix the problem. I am on a mac and used to have CS5 installed and have removed most to all of this software. I am using IOS 10.11.6. Do I need to download 10.12? Please help because other members on my team don't have this problem and we need to have compatibility between software for sharing files.

Is there a technical admin out there who can assist? We are using only Adobe InDesign CC and Adobe Photoshop CC.
I've so far found Adobe CC to be very privacy invasive.
By default, the following options were/are enabled for new users:
- Creative Cloud "sync" - Automatically enabled& pointed at my entire c:/users/me/* path? That sucks.
- Desktop App(lication) Usage - Automatically enabled. If I understand - logs actions made within the adobe app? "but not content"
- Machine learning - Automatically enabled. "If you prefer that Adobe not analyze your files to take action and make suggestions..."
Why does Adobe enable these 3 privacy relevant (and arguably invasive) "features" by default?
There are (so far) 16 different applications from the Adobe CC suite which have tried to make outbound communications. They are:

After a fresh reboot, without starting ANY Adobe CC applications, and informing Creative Cloud NOT to start at boot, the following Adobe CC related services start automatically:
- Adobe IPC Broker (32 Bit)
- CCLibraries (32 Bit)
- Node.js
(there were several others, but I had already manually disabled them in services.msc).
Is there a guide or instructions of some sort for privacy minded users to disable everything not required to run the application offline? I would like to do this in order to minimize the memory footprint consumed by this Adobe CC suite, reduce the amount of bandwidth being used, and return to a simple "desktop app" like user experience.
Are there functions within Photoshop and InDesign that can be disabled to prevent the hellstorm of services and outbound connections from firing up?

Can I run CCP on a Windows machine to create an install package to be run on a Mac? Or do I need to run the CCP from a Mac in order to create this package? I have created a few packages already for Windows, but do not see any .pkg files --I wasn't sure if the file was there and Windows simply didn't see it(?). I was hoping to find this information before bothering my client --I don't have access to a Mac for testing.

I am creating Adobe CC apps installation packages using the CC Packager. The package contains both an MSI file and a Setup.exe file in the Build folder. Can someone tell me which I should be using and why? I have read that I cannot install Acrobat DC if it is in the package if I execute the MSI file. Most of my packages will contain Acrobat and I will have to use Setup.exe for those packages, but I wanted to be sure that I was not missing something by not running the MSI file. We tried running the MSI file on one computer and the package would not install. In this case, we received a conflict error (unspecified).
Is it necessary to uninstall older versions of Adobe products before installing new versions using the packager?

I am using AAMEE 3.01 which I belive is the latest. I am trying to package Adobe InDesign CS6.
I run through the basic options and the MSI is created. So before I upload the package to the server I need to test it out. I run the msi in silent mode via CMD and nothing ever happens. So I edited the MSI in InstallShield and removed the requirement for it to be ran silently so I can do some monitoring. From here, I run the MSI and click next a few times and then it begins the install process. After a few moments it says "copying files" and then proceeds to "rolling back" and disappears. At some point the install is encountering an error and failing but I am not sure why. I can install the product fine on my machine by using the .exe I built the package from

I installed version Simplified Chinese before, after the update I want in exchange for the English version was accidentally found it impossible to exchange the English version.

After clicking OK, photoshop automatically withdrawn.
I change the preferences creative cloud in the language settings, and then re-download the new version, so I do not know how to solve this problem?

I have problem updating CC2017 apps on PC (windows 10 64bit)
Creative cloud app reports that all installed apps are up to date even I know there are new updates. Example: I have AE 14.0.1 and there is 14.1 update available.
Tried to manually update Creative cloud app to last version and now it reports that only AE and ME are installed, PS,AI,AU,BR disappeared from installed list even they are installed and start normally.
Also in every installed app, help/updates option is greyed out.
Bridge updates... reports this message:
User account is administrator type, and I also tried to start apps as administrator but no difference.
Any solution for this update problem ?

Need to use InCopy CC2014. Assisting someone in trying to get it installed on a new Mac.
In the screenshot, on the left I see previous versions of Incopy but the person I am assisting doesn't see InCopy at all ( they were able to install inCopy CC2017)
I'm confirming that they have a full CC license seat so not sure if that is a factor.
