We keep getting " This installation package is not supported by this processor type. Contact your product vendor." for 32-bit Creative cloud full suite install package

Hello,

          We are trying to install  a install package created by Creative Cloud Packager. The package is all CS 6 products. It gives us the error " This installation package is not supported by this processor type. Contact your product vendor." but the  machine meets the minimum systems requirements we recreated the package 4 times. What could be the issue

System: Dell Latitude E6410

I5 processor

2 gb ram

160 gb hard drive with 80 gb free space.

Windows 7 32-bit
