Hi, I've logged in to LWS, my name & ID is there, the downloads are there, but when I go to 'retrieve serial numbers' absolutely nothing is showing up.
My name is there, but 'Product Name' only gives me the option of 'Select Product' (nothing below that). Same with 'Select Version' and 'Platform', no drop down menus for any of them.
I'm trying to set up my new Mac this weekend so it's all up and running for work on Monday, but with this it's a bit of a no-go! Is there anywhere I wshould be looking on my older Mac (where the software is originally stored) to find oiut the serials?
Any thoughts?
