I sent an invitation from the Team version to one of my employees. The download selection sheet show "install" for many of the apps, but for Illustrator (AI) it show "try" and when they download, it gives them a 30 day trial version and asks for a serial number to activate. How do I get a full version rather than a 30 day trial? I sent three invitations and they all worked except for this one.
