Hi
I have made 2 packages with the Creative Cloud Packager, one with Acrobat 32bit (Package 1) and one with PS,AI, IN 64 bit (package 2). I could not include Acrobat because it’s a 32 bit application...
If I uninstall all CS5 apps no one of my install packages work. The CC cleaner tool fix that initial problem and I’m able to install package 2. But when that is installed Package 1 will not install and Creative Cloud Desktop app failing when it tries to update itself.
If I Install Acrobat from CC desktop that installer runs and completes ok.
I have tried a couple of machines and they have same problem.
One thing that seem to make a lot of trouble are language setting. We use Windows 7 64 bit English but with Swedish keyboard layout. I made the packages with English (International) and the CC Desktop often has English (North America) as default. If I install English (International) apps and CC desktop is set to North America, it will not find the installed apps until I change to International there as well.
Is there no way to Download CC desktop only and Push it to clients and set the language? I only have the “Install” option in the browser, no download option.
I don’t find any useful logs, event viewer just tells me the following:
Beginning a Windows Installer transaction: Z:\Adobe\CC_AcroPro\Build\CC_AcroPro.msi. Client Process Id: 15196.
Ending a Windows Installer transaction: Z:\Adobe\CC_AcroPro\Build\CC_AcroPro.msi. Client Process Id: 15196.
Product: CC_AcroPro -- Installation operation failed. (EventID 11708)
Windows 7 64 bit sp1.
