CCP Packages hang at "Running package scripts..."

Using Adobe Creative Cloud Packager from here. When it launches, the window says "Creative Cloud Packager" but the menu bar says "Adobe Application Manager." Version is 7.0.0.427 (7.0.0.427)

I am able to sign in with no problems. (Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams customer)

I am able to create packages with no apparent problems. When I deploy the package to the end user and run it, the packages I create always hang at "Running package scripts..." and then eventually fail with "The installation failed."

Here are the last few lines of the installer log on my laptop:

Feb 20 08:51:39 Brians-MacBook-Pro.local Installer[4138]: install:didFailWithError:Error Domain=PKInstallErrorDomain Code=112 "An error occurred while running scripts from the package “Complete Install_Install.pkg”." Feb 20 08:51:39 Brians-MacBook-Pro.local Installer[4138]: Install failed: The Installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance.

Feb 20 08:51:39 Brians-MacBook-Pro.local Installer[4138]: IFDInstallController 1CCA0 state = 8

Feb 20 08:51:39 Brians-MacBook-Pro.local Installer[4138]: Displaying 'Install Failed' UI.

Feb 20 08:51:39 Brians-MacBook-Pro.local Installer[4138]: 'Install Failed' UI displayed message:'The Installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance.'.

All my packages fail in a similar way.

The applications themselves appear to run fine; When I launch the first one, it asks me to sign in and all appears to be right with the world.

Is this something I should be concerned about? It makes deployment a pain because I don't know if the installation is correct or not.
