Preparing CS6 for a windows 7 img

I am trying to prepare my CS6 design and web Premuim for a image. I am running Win 7 64bit Active Directory Enviornment.  I am trying to follow the deployment guide but when I run this command

adobe_prtk --tool=VolumeSerialize --generate --serial=xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx--leid=MasterCollection-CS6-Win -GM --regsuppress=ss --eulasuppress

I get a return code 1

Is this correct? or should I be using a different command or should I see a different result?
