Bypass sign-in screen for automated install?

I am following the following Adobe instructions on how to create a package to silently install Photoshop Elements 11:  http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/silent-install-instructions-photoshop-element s-1.html  I create the package and it installs fine using this cmd line:  Setup.exe  /UL1033 /V"SERIALNUMBER=1111-1111-1111-1111-1111-1111"

Upon opening it up, it prompts me to select the language (even though its specified in the command line-odd) but everything else is ok.

  1. When I reopen the application it is prompting me to sign in with an Adobe ID.  When I go into properties, it says the program has already been activated.  Can I bypass this screen and just tell users to cancel out of it?  We’ve had automated installs of other Adobe products and if this comes up and people don’t sign in, then after 30 days the software will not run. Would this be the case if no one signs in?  Can we prevent this from appearing?
  2. Per the Adobe instructions, what is the point of creating an application.overide.xml file and then modify the setup.ini file if most of these settings are defined in the command line when the executable runs?
