APTEE - Returns code 19 on generate

Hi,

I try to generate the prov.xml file to activate trial version on CC packages (generated with Creative Cloud Packager), but when I use this command:

./adobe_prtk --tool=VolumeSerialize --generate --serial=xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx --regsuppress=ss --eulasuppress

It returns the code 19 (The provXML is missing). It's missing because I'm trying to generate it.

I've try to use the --provfilepath, same result.

I've try to create a blank prov.xml file and then it returns the code 25 (If no product is installed on the target machine or enigma data of serial number could not be decoded).

It seams that the adobe_prtk command try to serialize the trial instead of creating the xml file.

Can someone help me?
